Cusco sits next to the valleys that grow Chuncho, the rare native cacao of Peru. This workshop takes you from the bean to a bar you make with your hands — tasting, roasting, grinding, and understanding why most supermarket chocolate barely counts as chocolate.

What to expect
You taste the beans first, then make your own cocoa tea from the husks, try a cacao face mask, and finish by moulding a chocolate bar to take with you. It is short, informative and genuinely hands-on rather than a sit-and-watch demonstration.
