Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully as our booking system does not allow us to make exceptions. Our receptionists are also unable to make any changes to these policies and rules. If you have any concern, just email us.

For a full refund, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the day of your reservation.

For a partial refund of 50%, you may cancel 24 hours before your reservation.

If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged the full amount.

To submit a cancellation request, email us at: hello@blackllamahostels.com. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation. For any other questions or concerns about cancellations, please email us.

Late check-out and early check-in are available upon request and availability.

Alcohol Policy

Good news, we have a bar! Bad news, our liquor license does not allow for guests to bring in any outside alcohol. To comply with this law, we ask all guests not to bring any outside beverages unless they are in a clear, see-through water bottle. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in any common area, but must be purchased at the bar. We are backpackers too and know this rule can be hard to follow. The liquor board is very strict, so we ask you to please respect this policy. Cheers!

Age Policy

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to stay at the hostel. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for age verification. Reservations made by individuals under 18 years old will be canceled.

Taxes

The published rates do not include taxes and fees, they must be paid at the establishment.

By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Bookings are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. Guests must present valid ID at check-in. Black Llama Hostels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our house rules. Prices are subject to change without notice.
